Established in 1995 the company rents out residential and commercial property, predominately in the North West.
The company has a dedicated team of management and development professionals, appraising opportunities and adding to the portfolio whenever an advantageous opportunity arises.
Within the group there is a construction company Cheshire Construction (UK) Ltd which builds out the group's own developments as well as building project for its own clients.
The group has working relationships with local authorities, housing association and other social housing providers in the region. Cheshire Homes Group is affiliated to NHBC, Premier BLP warranty providers.
